JUSTINE’S VALUES
Justine absolutely loves being able to bring a level of playfulness to her professionalism, a trait that puts her clients at ease. She has been called the “ethical entrepreneur” and sites several reasons for her company’s success. These include:
- Belief in supporting parents and community by designing a family friendly office
- Paying fair wages (even to interns)
- Playing by the rules
- Building relationships based on trust and respect with everyone involved in her business: clients, vendors, and employees
- Delivering consistent, reliable professional services every time, to every client
When she isn’t balancing books, she is balancing work and family, living her life out as a domestic goddess in Westchester. Her three children, her husband (aka the kindest, most patient man on the planet), her wild, creative, magical group of friends, the boundless love of her giant family, and the privilege of living in the beautiful Hudson Valley are constant, perfect reminders to Justine of how rich her life truly is.
